Wondering about the warranty? 5 years from purchase, full coverage except for intentional misuse. I am eager to get your stuff working and have you back to suffering and having fun. We can arrange something if it breaks. Give me a shout.

Returns and exchanges? Thirty days from purchase, $50 restocking fee on the collar as I’ll toss the biothane. Need to resize it to something bigger or smaller? The first resize is on me, and the second is $50. I ask that you wait a week to see if the collar and your neck adapt to each other before sending it back unless you know it will not work. 

The buyer pays to ship both ways for resizing. Use Paypal, and shipping is super cheap. In a bind? Reach out to me; I am thrilled to work with you.
